1. EARTH WORKS
Site clearance and leveling, excavation, earthmoving, cut-to-fill embankments, construction of working platforms, ground stabilization and compaction, re-instatement and rehabilitation.
2. CONCRETE WORKS
Foundations and plinths, reinforced concrete structures, mass concrete, bund walls, retaining walls, floors and slabs, sumps and manholes, chambers, culverts, Channels, tunnels and slipways.
2. PLANT HIRE
RCP Africa Plant Hire delivers top-tier, reliable service with a robust fleet of over 100 earth-moving units and 80 trucks, ensuring rapid mobilization and worksite establishment within 24-48 hours across South Africa. Their extensive fleet includes excavators ranging from 20t to 45t, dozers from D3 to D9, front-end loaders, roller compactors, graders, TLBs, tipper trucks, and ADTs, supporting a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects. The Plant Hire Head Office is based in Vereeniging, featuring a fully equipped 5,000m² workshop, complemented by additional fully functional workshops and offices in De Aar and Saldanha Bay. With a strong presence in KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, and the Free State, RCP Africa ensures nationwide coverage. Additionally, with 10 low-bed transporters, they can efficiently mobilize plant equipment, containers, and offices to any location in South Africa.
3. STRUCTURAL STEEL FABRICATION AND SUPPLY
CAPABILITIES
Design, manufacture, supply and installation of structural steel,
sandblasting, and painting. This include but not limited to Warehouses and Workshops structures, Industrial Steel structures, Light steel structures, Conveyor and material handling structures and equipement.
PRODUCTION FACILITIES
Workshops in Vanderbijlpark and Sasolburg, capable of producing 30-50 tons of structural steel per month 20,000m² pre-assembly yard for large projects.

4. SANDBLASTING AND PAINTING
Comprehensive sandblasting and painting services ensure durable, high-quality finishes for a variety of structural projects. Being an approved Stoncor and ABE applicator RCP Africa conform to industry standard of protective coating application.
5. MINING

6. READY-MIX CONCRETE
Regal Civil Projects can supply all your ready-mix concrete needs. With a mobile concrete batch plant that can be located on any construction site in South Africa with ease. This mobile batch plant can be set up and produce readymix concrete within 3 working days, eliminating the cost of expensive foundation and walls as per the conventional concrete batch plants. This Mobile Concrete batch plant 5 is the perfect fit for any projects in remote locations such as PV Solar farms, wind farms, pipeline construction. Minimizing the risk of supply constraints and saving on transportation cost. RCP’s mobile concrete ready-mix batch plant can produce up to 450m3 of concrete per day and be delivered with our own truck to site or point of discharge.
